Reminiscent of fig jam-confiture, the balsamic compost of Leonardi has an exceptional taste and can be consumed on its own. Recommended with: foie gras, jerky, boiled and fried meats, seasoned spicy cheeses (Pecorino, Taleggio, Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola), sweets, yogurt, ice cream and desserts. Keep refrigerated after opening.
