Scope of activity and conditions

1.1. The terms and conditions apply to all persons and owners of the trading environment (hereinafter referred to as the online store) with regard to the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods through the online store.

1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods through the online store is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. In connection with the development of the online store and in order to more efficiently and safely use the online store, ERDMAN OÜ has the right to make changes and additions to these terms and conditions and the price list. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions and the Price List will be announced on the website. Amendments and additions to the Terms and the Price List come into force from the moment the corresponding amendment or addition is published on the website. Unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms, if you placed your order prior to the effective date of changes to the Terms, the legal relationship between you and ERDMAN OÜ will be governed by the terms applicable to you at the time of the order.

2.1. The prices in the online store are valid for timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.

2.2. All prices in the online store are indicated in Euros (EUR) and include 20% VAT.


3.1. The products presented in the online store are usually in stock. The availability of these Products is not guaranteed as they may be erroneous due to possible technical problems with the software.

3.2. If the Client places an order, but it turns out that the Product is not available to the Seller, the Online Store will not be able to fulfill this order. In this case, the Client will be refunded the full purchase price immediately after discovering the absence of the goods.

3.3. The photos of the Products displayed on the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only and may inadvertently differ from the actual appearance of the Product.

4.4. The Buyer must pay for the Goods through the Bank Link and confirm the payment to the Seller by clicking the “Return to Seller” button.

4.5. After payment for the Product, the online store will send it to the Customer.

4.6. The customer undertakes to provide the correct information required to fulfill the order when placing the order.

4.7. The seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order due to incorrect data provided by the Client, or any of their consequences.

4.8. The Seller has the right to refuse the order if there are any doubts about the correctness of the information provided to the Seller and in case of illegal actions.


Payment Methods

5.1. Users and holders of bank cards from countries such as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland can make a payment using a bank link or credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro)

Delivery and handover

6.4.1. Within Estonia, the product (s) will be delivered to specialized parcel machines Itella, DPD or OMNIVA, after full payment.

6.4.2. In case of ordering goods with non-standard dimensions or with a large weight, the possibility of sending the goods is carried out by courier or upon receipt on the spot.

6.4.3. In the event of a change in the prices for the delivery of the order, the Buyer will be separately informed by our customer service department.

6.5. In the event that the Customer has placed an order on weekends or holidays, the time for sending the order starts from the next first working day from 09:00 (local time) following the weekend or holiday.

6.6. Items are shipped in parts unless the product information indicates that the product has been assembled.

6.7. The delivery time indicated in the order confirmation is valid if 100% of the order amount has been paid on the day the order was made.

Refund and order replacement

7.1. The Client has the right to cancel the order within 14 days and replace or return the ordered Product (s). This 14-day period starts from the moment the Order is received by the Customer.

7.7. When returning the order, the Seller returns to the Buyer the entire amount received under the Agreement, including the cost of delivery of the order paid by the Client. In the event of a partial return of the order and the shipping cost added to the order, the Seller may refund the shipping cost in proportion to the number of returned items.

Withdrawal of consent

9.7.1. If personal data is processed with the consent of the client, the client has the right to withdraw consent by notifying the support service by e-mail.


9.8.1. Closing the customer account of the online store will result in the deletion of personal information, unless it is necessary to retain such data for accounting purposes or for resolving disputes with consumers.

9.8.2. If a purchase is made without a customer account in the online store, the purchase history is retained for three years.

9.8.3. In the event of disputes regarding payments and consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is satisfied or until the expiration of the limitation period.

9.8.4. Personal data required for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.
